You will have a 30 minute video call to discuss your goals and aspirations to allow Hans to understand your daily schedule and create a ‘Training Plan’ that works for ‘You’. Hans will work ‘with you’ to set goals within a ‘time frame’. You will agree the best time for ‘Weekly Report Days’ to check progress over a 1 Month Period. Hans will then adjust the training plan for ‘ultimate effectiveness’ for you to continue with your Training Programme.

  • 30 minute initial video call for Hans to understand your Daily Schedule in order to create your Training Schedule
  • 30 minute call each week for one month to review your Schedule – monitor results and adjust the Schedule
  • Complete Training Schedule for 3 Months.
