Maintain Your ‘Dream Body’
Personalised Training Plan
So you’ve worked hard and now you need to ‘Maintain’ your Dream Body. Hans will video call / email with you to discuss your fitness goals and gain an understanding of your ‘Day to Day’ activities and the time you have available for fitness.
He will create a ‘Bespoke Training Plan’ to fit with your Daily Schedule and ensure you reach your goals within a specified time scale. He will then check back with you each week for 4 weeks and adjust the schedule for ‘ultimate effectiveness’.
